This website is operated by En Temps LLC, doing business as Tail Waggin Comfort. Throughout these Terms of Service, “Tail Waggin Comfort,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to En Temps LLC.

By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Legal Notice.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

You may not use the website or its products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Senior-dog products and veterinary disclaimer

Information on this website is provided for general educational and product-selection purposes. It is not veterinary advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease or medical condition.

Our products are not substitutes for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or professional care.

Consult a licensed veterinarian before using a product when a dog has pain, mobility limitations, illness, recent surgery, breathing problems, skin sensitivity, behavioral concerns, or another medical condition.

Customers are responsible for:

Selecting the appropriate product and size
Reading and following instructions
Supervising product use
Inspecting products for wear or damage
Discontinuing use if a product causes discomfort or becomes unsafe
Keeping products away from children or animals when appropriate

No product is guaranteed to be suitable for every animal.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We may change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid, except when correction is legally permitted for an obvious error.

Applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes will be shown during checkout when available.

Payment is processed through Shopify or another authorized payment provider. We do not directly control the payment provider’s systems, approval decisions, or processing times.

You confirm that:

You are authorized to use the selected payment method
The billing information is accurate
The payment method can cover the total purchase amount

6. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it.

We may review, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
Incorrect pricing or product information
Inventory unavailability
Shipping restrictions
Duplicate or unusually large orders
Inability to verify necessary order information
Violation of these Terms

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled amount.

We may contact you using the information supplied with the order when verification or clarification is needed.

7. Cancellations and address changes

Contact tailwagginprints@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or correct its shipping address.

We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.

Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, separate shipments, address problems, carrier delays, and damaged packages are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, address errors, labor disruptions, government actions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss is handled according to applicable law and the carrier’s documented delivery information.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns, damaged products, incorrect products, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

Customers must contact us before sending a return. Products sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, eligibility limits, dates, product exclusions, and quantity restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated:

Discounts cannot be combined
Discounts have no cash value
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
Promotions may be changed or ended before an order is placed

A promotion does not guarantee product availability.

11. Customer accounts

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe that an account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or close an account associated with fraud, misuse, security threats, or violations of these Terms.

12. Reviews, comments, and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:

You created it or have permission to submit it
It is truthful and based on your genuine experience
It does not violate another person’s rights
It is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, deceptive, obscene, or malicious
It does not contain malware, spam, or undisclosed commercial promotion

You grant Tail Waggin Comfort a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, edit for formatting or clarity, and use submitted content in connection with the store and its marketing.

We may remove submitted content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We are not required to publish every submission.

We will not create, purchase, or knowingly display fake reviews.

13. Intellectual property

The Tail Waggin Comfort name, original text, graphics, branding, and website presentation are owned by or licensed to En Temps LLC unless otherwise stated.

Product names, trademarks, photographs, and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use the website for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without written permission, except where allowed by law.

14. Third-party services and links

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, social networks, and external websites.

Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, security, availability, conduct, or privacy practices of independent third parties.

A link or integration does not automatically constitute an endorsement.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Information may also be processed by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other service providers necessary to operate the store and fulfill orders.

16. Errors and corrections

Website content may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate information, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping, availability, or other matters.

We may correct errors and update information when discovered. When a material error affects an order, we will handle it reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

Every product will meet every customer’s individual expectations
Products will be appropriate for every dog or medical condition
Delivery estimates will always be met

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, En Temps LLC and Tail Waggin Comfort will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be waived.

Customers remain responsible for using products according to their instructions, supervising animals, selecting appropriate sizes, and discontinuing unsafe or unsuitable use.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless En Temps LLC and Tail Waggin Comfort from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, or misuse of a product.

This provision does not apply where the claim resulted from our own unlawful conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by law.

20. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, carrier delays, labor disputes, government actions, widespread service outages, or supply-chain disruptions.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material order delays and provide available options.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted or removed as necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

22. No waiver

A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

23. Governing law
